Hakini mudra is one of the most practiced mudras in yoga. Derived from Sanskrit, hakini means "power" or "rule," and m udra means "seal," "gesture" or "mark. It is also called the mudra for the mind. To perform hakini mudra, bring the palms in front of the body with each palm facing the other. Bring the finger tips of both hands together by letting them maintain light contact.
