Bunka is for those who are richer, they actually teach better and faster than JCS, they also organise overseas trips for students to join.
Bunka is more for leisure. If you are going to use Japanese for work, Bunka will be better, cus its real fast. Furthermore, JCS have cultural gatherings for like the Japanese schools and societies of Singapore, you might even get to know rich businessmans from Japan! JCS and bunka is more worth your money. I am not joking, the rest is not well-known yet. I would recommend anyone with a desire to learn japanese to go there.

At the Department of Japanese, students learn from basic level to advanced level with a well-balanced curriculum in 4 skills speaking, writing, listening and reading. After a year of learning Japanese, a student can be promoted to the Department of Advanced Studies in Japanese if desired. One lesson unit is 50 minutes, and total lesson units per week will be 22 units. In one year, Japanese-Language Proficiency will be noticeably improved. In this department, CBC offers an elective subjects system to meet student's needs. Students can study at the appropriate level.
