Ed inscribed this riddle on the wall of his bedroom door. Every wondered what those numbers mean? I find it funny when people do really complex mathematics on these numbers. Ed was a simple man with simple methods. I believe Ed is still giving us a clue here.

After arriving in the United States, Leedskalnin moved to Florida around , where he purchased a small piece of land in Florida City. Over the next 20 years, Leedskalnin putatively constructed and lived within a massive coral monument he called "Rock Gate Park", dedicated to the girl who had left him years before. Working alone at night, Leedskalnin eventually quarried and sculpted over 1, short tons of coral into a monument that would later be known as the Coral Castle.
Leedskalnin's is also well known for his theories on magnetism, detailing his theories on the interaction of electricity, magnetism and the body; Leedskalnin also included a number of simple experiments to validate his theories. Most importantly, Edward Leedskalnin claimed that all matter was being acted upon by what he called "individual magnets" -- simply a positive and a negative, as a battery.
It is obvious from the pamphlets that he produced that this theory became the base of all of his work, and most likely thoughts as well. He also attempted to claim that scientists of his time were looking in the wrong place for their understanding of electricity, and that they were only observing "one half of the whole concept" with "one sided tools of measurement".
In addition to all these studies, he found the time to write this little booklet called "A Book in Every Home". Many believe the answers to the questions surrounding Coral Castle lie within. Could all the answers to how this amazing feat was accomplished lie buried in this "social commentary"?

If the Coral Castle intrigues you than this peek into Ed's head will be facinating to you like it was to me. This book pamplet was actually written by Leedskalnin, and sold at the Coral Castle when he gave tours during his lifetime.
Definitely dated. His outlooks on gender roles are so quaint that they are somehow endearing. He leaves the right-hand pages blank so we can write in our own opinions and do better "if that's possible". For what Leedskalnin is known - the Coral Castle in Florida - it's interesting to have a peek at his opinions on personal, social and economic morals and norms - brings the man into the warmth of the hearth rather than having a look at him "at arm's length" for his enigmatic genius.
I wouldn't argue his social standards or his inflexible stance on social responsibility. I would just nod and accept them as his own and then go about my own business. Certainly a novel perspective by one of our contemporary geniuses, and a quick read. No way to proove the authenticity of this book. More then likely tourism fanfare.
There are to many conflicting accounts on this Ed guy. This and any other piece of literature supposedly written by him is nothing more then a suvenir. The book is great in condition, the author is crazy and it is a little hard to get through. I enjoy the look into someone who was in love and it wasn't returned and their take on it. Edward is clearly in his own realm of intelligence. Enjoyed my book.
